What???

Mickey's Team Challenge began in 2016 and is an opportunity for businesses, community organizations, or families to come together in an event that is so much fun that participants often forget that the Marshall & Sterling Insurance R4DT benefits the community!  Mickey's Team Challenge is named after Mickey Hock, the matriarch of Family First, the Large Team Champion in each of the first four years of our team challenge.  Just look at the picture below of Family First, all sporting custom made shirts, and you immediately understand the love and strength of Mickey Hock.

How???

Choose a team captain – this person will be the contact person for R4DT organizing officials and will complete the team's registration form.  Be sure to inform your team members of the correct team name!

Each member of the team registers online, and enters their team name.  There is no additional charge to take part in Mickey's Team Challenge.  All participants of Mickey's Team Challenge must be registered by 8:00, Friday, August 14.

Who Wins???

Although teams can have any amount of runners and/or walkers, two teams will be crowned 2020 Mickey's Team Challenge Champions – one for businesses/clubs with 25 or fewer employees and one for businesses/clubs with more than 25 employees.  Each finisher earns one point for their team and the winning team is the team that finishes with the most points.   In the case of a tie, the finishing times of the fastest male and fastest female from each of the teams that tied will be added together - the team with the fastest combined time will ultimately be crowned champion.

The winning organizations will take possession of the Mickey's Team Challenge Cup for one year.
