Created in 2006 by Dave and Anna Madden, owners of Something Sweet Dessert Cafe, with a desire to help revitalize historic Downtown Middletown the Marshall & Sterling Insurance R4DT was born. A 4 Mile run/walk on the morning of the third Saturday of every August.

 





2019 Details

Entry fee is $25 if you register before June 7, 2020.

The female head start will be 2:42 over the males this year. 

Prize money will be 6 deep ($400, $300, $200, $100, $75, $50), awarded to  the first 6 people, regardless of gender, to cross the finish line.  

An additional $200 will be awarded for anyone that sets a new male or female course record (current records are 19:05, 22:17, respectively). 

The Middletown Triple Challenge, complete the Classic 5K/10K, Ruthie Dino 5K and Marshall & Sterling Insurance Run 4 Downtown, is back for the sixth year.

Mickey's Team Challenge is back for the fifth year.  Family First will be looking to continue their dominance of the large divistion while Something Sweet Cafe will look for two in a row in 2020!
